Welcome to Dash

Dash is the CabinKey app for property owners and managers. From one place you can take reservations, manage guests, set your rates, and run reports on your business.

Use the navigation to browse documentation by area:

Which rate engine am I on?

CabinKey™ has two pricing engines, and a property uses one or the other.

Rate Plans (v2) is the season-based system. A rate plan computes a nightly rate from the season, the weekly rate, and a set of rate adjustments, and you assign plans to units per season.

Rates v3 is the newer system. Every unit has an explicit rate for every night that you can see and edit on a daily calendar, with length of stay tiers for weekly and long-stay pricing and adjustment rules for fees, pets, extra guests, and demand pricing.

You can see and change which engine a property uses on its General Settings page, and compare the two side by side before switching.
