Everything you know about one guest. Worth thirty seconds before a call — it is the difference between “can I take your details” and “good to hear from you again, same cabin as last August?”

Guest Details

Name, prefix and suffix, and company, all editable. Company matters more than it looks: corporate and group bookings often need an invoice in the company’s name.

Guest Loyalty

The historical context — lifetime value, total stays and nights, first and last stay, and their next arrival if they have one.

Lifetime value is the number to have in mind when a guest asks for something. A guest on their sixth visit who has spent five figures with you is worth accommodating on a late checkout in a way a first-time one-night booking is not.

Guests who have not stayed in over 13 months are flagged for win-back. The 13-month window is deliberate: a guest who comes every summer is not lapsed at twelve months, but one who has missed a full season is. The Guest Loyalty Report lists all of them together when you want to work through the group.

Contact Information

Emails, phones, and addresses, with as many of each as you need.

A guest can legitimately have several — a work and a personal email, a mobile and a cabin phone. Keep them all rather than overwriting: it is what lets Duplicate Guests match a future booking made under the other address to this same person.

Saved Cards

Masked cards saved with Stripe. Informational only — you cannot charge from here, which is deliberate. Charging happens against a reservation so every payment is attached to what it paid for.

Use this to confirm a card is on file before promising a guest you can take the balance automatically.

Notes

Free-form notes, visible to your team and never to the guest. This is where the things that make a property feel personal live: the family that always wants the cabin nearest the dock, the guest with a dog that does not get on with others, the anniversary that comes up every September.

Reservations

Every reservation this guest has with you, past and future. Click through to any reservation for its full detail.

Archiving

Archive removes a guest from your day-to-day list without deleting their history — reservations, payments, and revenue all stay intact and keep counting on reports. Unarchive them at any time, which happens on its own when they book again.
