Purchases

Every sale item purchase on the property, however it was made — rung up at the Point of Sale, added by a guest during online booking, or put on a reservation by hand.

This is the line-item view. Each row shows the date, item, reservation, quantity, subtotal, taxes, total, and any note recorded at the time of sale, and View Reservation opens the booking it belongs to.

Use it when you need a specific transaction: a guest disputing a charge, a refund to trace, or checking whether an item was rung up against the right booking. Search narrows the list.

For counting rather than tracing — what sells, how much it makes, when — use the Sale Item Revenue report, which aggregates these same purchases by item and period.
