My Profile

Your own record, reached from the menu under your email address in the top bar. This is you as a person, not a property — it stays the same whichever property you are working in.

The page is read-only. It is a place to check what CabinKey™ has on file for you, not to change it.

Account

Your login email address, and your username if one is set. The login email is the one you sign in with and the one password resets go to. It is separate from the contact email below, and from the addresses guests see — changing where you receive mail does not change how you sign in.

Personal Details

Your name as it appears elsewhere in the system: prefix, first, middle, last, suffix, and company. Optional parts are only shown when they are filled in, so a short card just means fewer fields are set.

Contact Information

Your email, phone, and address.

These are your details as a person. They are not the ones guests see on confirmations and emails — those come from the property’s own contact settings, and are set per property.
