A season-at-a-time view of which stay rules apply to each unit. Pick a season, then enable the rules that should govern each unit.

Unlike rate plans, a unit can have several stay rules in a season, and the strictest combination applies. A two-night minimum plus a Saturday-arrival rule gives you both restrictions at once rather than one overriding the other.

This page is the fastest way to review every unit at once and spot the gaps — a unit with no stay rule for a season is a unit with no minimum-night protection for it.

What gaps actually cost

An unassigned unit is still bookable, which makes this failure quieter than a missing rate. Nothing breaks; you simply start taking one-night midweek bookings in peak season that strand nights either side.

The symptom shows up on the reservation calendar as scattered single empty nights, and on the Utilization Report as occupancy that will not climb no matter how full the diary feels.

Combining rules deliberately

Because the strictest wins, layering rules is how most properties get the behaviour they want: one rule setting the night minimum, another setting the turnover day. Keep each rule doing one job and combine them per unit, rather than building a separate all-in-one rule for every variation — that way a change to your minimum stay is one edit, not six.
