Exports

Your property’s data as CSV files, for spreadsheets, accounting, or moving it somewhere else.

• Guests — every guest associated with the property.
• Reservations — reservation line items for active and pending reservations.
• Payments — all property payments, including both reservation payments and standalone guest payments.

These are full exports of the underlying records. Use them when you want the raw data — a mail merge, an accountant’s spreadsheet, a backup before a big change, or a migration.

Exports or reports?

For a question with an answer, use a report: they are filtered, grouped, and totalled, and every one of them exports its own filtered CSV. “What did I make last quarter” is a report, not an export.

Use these exports when you want everything rather than an answer — the full guest list to mail, or the complete payment history to hand to someone else. For anything recurring, a report subscription emails it on a schedule instead of you remembering to come here.

Handling the files

The guest export contains personal contact information. Treat the file the way you would treat the database it came from: keep it somewhere sensible, do not email it around, and delete it when the job it was for is done.
