Guest Images

Images attached to a guest record — a scanned ID, a signed rental agreement or waiver, a boating licence, a photo of damage from a previous stay.

These are operational records, not marketing. They belong to the guest and are visible only to your team.

Image Gallery

Drag and drop files to upload, or click to browse. Reorder by dragging, mark one as featured, and delete anything you no longer need.

The same gallery control is used for unit and property images, so it behaves the same way everywhere.

Guest images often contain identity documents. Upload only what you actually need to keep, delete it once the reason has passed, and follow whatever data protection rules apply where you operate. A signed waiver is worth keeping for the season; a photo of a driving licence usually is not worth keeping at all.
