Reports

The reporting hub. The top of the page is a live snapshot of what needs attention right now; below it is every detailed report, grouped by the question it answers.

Dashboard Snapshot

An operational summary rather than a financial one — the things that are time-sensitive today:

• Pending Expiring — reservations whose hold runs out within 48 hours. These are the ones to chase, because when the hold lapses the dates go back on sale.
• Upcoming Arrivals — arrivals over the coming days as a bar chart, so a heavy changeover day is visible before it arrives. Links through to the reservations calendar.
• Recent Payments — money in, most recent first.

When there are pending reservations about to expire, they are listed out in full underneath so you can act on them without leaving the page. Each widget links to the page where you can do something about it.

Report Pages

Guests & Occupancy — how the business is doing:

• Guest Loyalty — repeat guests, lifetime value, and win-back lists
• Return Rate — new versus repeat guests over time
• Utilization — occupied versus vacant nights by unit

Financial — where the money came from:

• Revenue — the top-line number
• Unit Revenue, Addon Revenue, Sale Item Revenue — the same money attributed to what produced it
• Payments — money received, by the date it was taken
• Taxes — tax collected per tax, for filing
• Stripe — charges, fees, and payouts from your card processor

Most reports share the same Group by control, date range, and quarter and year presets, and every one exports to CSV.

Use Manage subscriptions to have any of them emailed on a schedule instead of pulling them by hand.
