Housekeeping

The turnover board. Every active unit is a card with its current status, and tapping a card moves it along — the page is built to be used on a phone while you are walking the property, not at a desk.

Unit Grid

One card per unit, showing:

• Clean — ready for the next guest.
• Dirty — departed and needs turning over.
• Occupied — someone is in it.
• Unknown — no status recorded yet. Choose a starting status to begin tracking that unit.

Each card shows when the status last changed, which is what tells you whether “Dirty” means an hour ago or yesterday. Units with a current reservation link straight to it, so you can check who is in there or when they leave without going back to the calendar.

Units that have never had housekeeping activity default to clean, so a property that has just started tracking does not show up as a wall of problems.

Check it against Arrivals & Departures on the property home page: departures tell you what is about to need cleaning, and arrivals tell you what has to be clean by this afternoon.
