Users

The people who can sign in and manage this property, with each user’s account and role.

Add teammates here so they work with their own login rather than sharing yours. Separate logins mean you can see who did what, and removing someone’s access when they leave does not mean changing a password everybody uses.

Access is per property

A user’s access is granted per property. Someone added here can work in this property and only this property — if you manage several and want a teammate in more than one, they have to be added to each.

The other side of that: a property a user has access to appears on their My Properties page. If a colleague says a property is missing from theirs, this page on that property is where it gets fixed.

Housekeeping

Review this list at the end of each season. Seasonal staff accumulate, and an account nobody has used since two summers ago is access you are still granting.

Remove people who have left rather than leaving their accounts dormant, and make sure at least one other person can get into the property besides you — a single point of access is a problem the day you are unreachable.
