Waitlist

When you are booked up, guests can join a waitlist from the search page instead of leaving empty-handed. Their entries land here.

For a property that sells out, this is a genuinely valuable list — demand you already have, with no marketing cost attached. It is also the best evidence you have about what you are short of: a run of entries for the same week says more about your pricing and capacity than any report.

Each entry shows the guest, the unit they wanted, the dates, and its status. Delete entries once they are handled.

Working the list

When a cancellation frees dates, check here before doing anything else. A waitlisted guest is a warm lead who has already told you what they want, and filling a cancellation from the waitlist is far quicker than re-marketing the dates.

If a matching unit does not free up, it is still worth a call — guests will often take a different unit, or shift by a few days, if someone asks.

Turning it on

The waitlist is enabled per property under Booking settings, with the Enable Waitlist toggle. When it is off, guests searching for sold-out dates simply see nothing available, and this page tells you where to switch it on.

It is worth having on whenever you regularly sell out — there is no cost to collecting the interest.
